Expanding Your Intuition
….and trusting it!

This is part one of what will most likely be a two-part class.

When we are born, we enter the world with our senses wide open. It is only over time that we shut them down. We, therefore, are all intuitive and we are all sensitive. The question is, do you listen to your intuition? Do you follow its guidance? Do you know when you are receiving messages?

To expand our intuition, we need to first understand the many ways in which we receive information. You have your five main senses; sight, smell, taste, touch, and feel. However, you are also receiving a great deal of information from your consciousness. There are so many clues that you pick up and then they are interpreted.

During this class, we will first explore how we receive information which will include understanding your chakras, which are your strongest senses, how to tune in, and then how to strengthen how they work for you.

I will have a LOT of information and we will have a number of exercises that allow you to have a greater sense of what is working for you. A big key to this whole process is learning to trust the information you receive. I will have practices, meditations, and a channeled message from my group.
