Another way in which we can look at completion is to ask you; has there been anything that emotionally you have been holding on to? Perhaps someone that you have been angry with. Maybe you’ve been angry with them for days, or weeks, or months, or decades or years. When you consider anger in your life it is an emotion that pulls you down and pulls you out of that which truly supports you. Is it possible for you to allow for anger to come up from you and you can say I am done, ~whew~ and let it go?
