Is there something of which you have been afraid? Afraid to speak out, afraid to confront someone, afraid to take that step you have wanted to take because fear is holding you back. It’s time to let go. Allow your consciousness and unconscious in this now moment to acknowledge that this fear is complete. It was there for a reason. It no longer serves you. That cycle of experience is complete. ~whew~ Let it go. If there is any other emotion that no longer serves you let it come up. Consider that you may or may not know what it is, but if it no longer serves you, it is holding you back, ~whew~, let it go.
Fear can be debilitating if you stay within it. Recognizing you are afraid is step 1 to moving on! You CAN make changes that help you.
