If your body or your mind is telling you take a break, back off, slow it down, then give yourself the permission to do so. And if there are certain things that you cannot let go of, or you have to get done, then open up the door and ask, “How can I still find some pockets where I can rest and relax”. Indeed, this is but a way of nurturing yourself.
Isn’t this hard to do?? We all forget to listen to our inner messages at one time or another.
