Frequently there are so many distractions that are coming into you. It becomes very challenging to turn them off. You have your social media. You have your news. You have your shows on TV. You have all of these various ways in which you can gather information.
Your phone is always with you. Your phone is always giving you the updates on things and what that is doing is that it is always stimulating a part of your Consciousness, which is also tapping into that focused awareness or being always turned on so-to-speak. I, therefore, would like to take a part of this evening to talk about the importance of just turning things off, for just sitting quietly, for just being in nature; for listening to yourself if you choose not to do anything in a day.
