I’m writing this at the time of the June Solstice, 2026. To me, this is a truly amazing time. The past couple of years have been very challenging with the clearing out of energies. Where are you in this process?
For so many of us, this has been years upon years of opening, healing, and expanding as we move through the ascension process. It has been a movement through the individual consciousness, and now it is moving through the collective consciousness and all of humanity.
The changes in the past six months have been truly amazing. You can look to astrology. You can look at the people around you. And then you can just feel the energy. For many, it is a challenge to ‘feel’ and ‘discern’ energy; however, as we move forward, this will become the forefront of how you live your life. Sometimes the discernment comes in bits and pieces; other times it is so subtle that it’s only in hindsight that you see it. Now, we move to where, for many, it is no longer subtle. Now, people are finding in their everyday lives that they can no longer ignore what is happening around them.
I’m going to give my take on things happening right now and in the past week. I believe we have moved through a massive transition that includes several things. First of all, to me, the energy feels very light. I realize this is all very subjective, but I hope that as you consider what I am saying, it will help you discern if there is a change for you. One could also call this a timeline shift, where we have moved from a life of experiences that held a lower frequency to a life with a higher frequency.
All energy is frequency, and each frequency has a certain amount of ‘light’. There is the energy coming in from the sun, both continuously and in flares. There is the energy emanating from people through their physicality, thoughts, emotions, and aura. There is energy from Gaia. It is all around us and part of us. Therefore, when you bring more ‘light’ into your energy, it creates a change that moves out from wherever your starting point may be.
In this community, we have been talking about the changes taking place worldwide. I believe that over the past ten days, we have once again moved into a new level of higher frequencies. It has been incredibly slow making some of these changes, but they are here now.
Last weekend, the movie Disclosure Day came out. In addition, on Sunday, there was the UFC fight and celebration on the White House lawn. There was a great deal of symbolism with all that was happening, and it completed a cycle, or brought down a cycle, that was put in place by the nefarious ones. Then you have the movie. I know there are many people who have talked about it with negative comments, however that was not my experience.
I cannot help but feel this amazing energy that we are experiencing right now is a result of the Summer / Winter Solstice. The completion of a cycle of low energy. Removal of the nefarious ones, the movie, and the United States reaffirming its origins. The world is a new and better place. These changes are permanent because they have changed the energy and frequency of the world.
I watched Disclosure Day with an open heart and mind. I wanted to know if there was negative programming. I did not see or feel any. I believe it was created by the ‘Spielberg Brand’ as opposed to the individual; I do not feel him on Earth. I have made two ULB minis to further discuss this movie.

The mini with Albayon is kind of funny. When I finished the movie, I said I have to get home, I have to channel, this is just sooo much information. However, I was pretty ungrounded, and when I listened back, I realized I didn’t say nearly as much as I intended! Then, throughout the rest of that day and into the next, I kept going back to people talking about being triggered by an abduction in the movie. So, the mini with Brysentia is about that. She speaks of the type of abductions where people were experimented on, and it was very traumatic. She then spoke of what has happened to many people when they received upgrades, and then later, when the time was right, they were activated.
The movie showed true footage of times when aliens were here and captured. It was very hard to watch, but it created a wave of compassion. ETs have been a part of our planet from the time of its creation. There are times when humanity communicated with them openly, and then times when it was hidden. In our history, there have been ETs that were very harmful, controlling, and manipulating to humanity, and times when they were very benevolent.
This leads me to my next segment, which goes back to the beginning!! We each have to use discernment in everything that we do. If you watch this movie, use your discernment to see how you feel and what you are getting from it. When you watch things or read things, use your discernment to see if it resonates with you. In this higher frequency, time moves more quickly, and each person needs to be in tune with themselves so that, as life unfolds, they can make decisions that fully support what they seek to have.
This is where we are. These events of the summer are huge supports for this change. This is coming on the heels of the 3I Atlas, which is showing us the next direction that we are going. Be open. Be aware. Be in tune with yourself.
